Yes. We accept most PPO insurance plans and will verify your benefits before your first visit so you know exactly what's covered. We do not accept HMO plans. For patients without insurance, or for services not covered, we offer transparent self-pay rates and accept HSA and FSA. Personal injury cases are treated on a lien basis — no out-of-pocket cost during treatment.
If you'd like us to verify your benefits before booking, send your insurance information to sdrevivechiropractic11@gmail.com and we'll follow up within one business day.

Your first visit is about 45 minutes and includes three parts: a consultation, a full evaluation, and treatment.
The consultation is a focused conversation about what brought you in, your health history, and your goals. The evaluation includes posture and movement assessment, orthopedic and neurological testing, and any specific exams relevant to your concern. From there, we move into treatment — which may include a chiropractic adjustment, soft tissue work, or other modalities depending on what your body needs that day.
You'll leave with a clear understanding of what's going on and a plan for what comes next. We don't believe in templated care or open-ended treatment plans.

The short answer: they work on different systems, and most patients benefit from a combination.
Chiropractic focuses on the musculoskeletal and nervous systems — restoring joint mobility, reducing nerve interference, and improving how your body moves and recovers. It's most effective for spinal issues, joint pain, sports injuries, headaches, and structural imbalances.
Acupuncture works through the nervous system and circulatory system — regulating pain signals, reducing inflammation, supporting hormonal balance, and calming the stress response. It's especially effective for chronic pain, hormonal health, fertility support, stress, and sleep.
Massage addresses soft tissue — muscles, fascia, and circulation. It's used both as standalone treatment and to support chiropractic and acupuncture work, particularly for muscular tension, post-injury recovery, and overall mobility.
The honest answer to "which one do I need" is that it depends on what you're working with — and that's exactly what your first visit is for. Many of our patients combine two or three modalities into one integrated plan, and we build that plan around what your body actually responds to.

Yes — when performed by a chiropractor trained in prenatal care, chiropractic adjustments are considered very safe throughout pregnancy. There are no known contraindications for chiropractic care in healthy pregnancies, and many OBs and midwives now refer patients to prenatal chiropractors as part of their care team.
We use techniques specifically modified for pregnancy, including the Webster Technique — a gentle adjustment designed to balance the pelvis and reduce ligament tension, which has been associated with easier labor and improved fetal positioning. Sessions are gentler than standard adjustments, and we use side-lying positions and pregnancy-safe tables so you and the baby are fully supported.
Prenatal and postpartum care is one of our specialties at Revive. Whether you're early in pregnancy, in your third trimester, or recovering after birth, treatment is always individualized — and we coordinate with your OB or midwife when needed.
